Babies don’t come with instruction manuals. This class is the next best thing! Action-packed, hands-on, skills based. This is the perfect class to help everyone feel more comfortable taking care of the newborn! Dads, Moms, Grandmothers, Babysitters!

Come learn about what moms, dads and babies do all day! What do you need to know about sleep strategies, feeding schedules, bathtime, swaddling, baby wearing, diapering . . . and so much more!

This is a “can’t miss” 2.5 hour class on the 3rd Saturday of every month. (1:30 - 4:00)

This hands-on, interactive class is a “must” for new parents, and even grandparents. We’ll share evidence-based updates on “all things baby” including safe sleep, breastfeeding, holding your baby, and keeping your baby safe. Wear comfy clothes because some of this class involves moving around and sitting on the floor.
