(Ideally, we suggest you finish your classes at least 4 weeks before your due date)
This hands-on, interactive class is a “must” for new parents, and even grandparents. We’ll share evidence-based updates on “all things baby” including safe sleep, breastfeeding, holding your baby, and keeping your baby safe. Wear comfy clothes because some of this class involves moving around and sitting on the floor.
3rd Saturday of each month: 1:30 - 4:00
Cost: $150. Discount price $125 if you enroll in any 3 classes
Labor Coping Skills Workshop: 2 interactive hours learning and practicing labor skills and coping strategies
Who: Everyone who is planning an unmedicated birth in any setting
